CP Real Estate was established in 1998 in North Bengal with a vision to transform spaces and deliver outstanding real estate solutions. Our story began with the Shree Shyam Complex in Ashrampara, an 8-unit residence that set our commitment to quality.
Since then we have helped shape Siliguri's skyline with thoughtfully planned spaces, guided by long-term vision, responsible development and a deep understanding of how the city grows.
We are a proud member of CREDAI North Bengal, and CP Greens is Siliguri's first IGBC-certified green building.
