Our Journey as a Real Estate Developer in North Bengal

It was 1998 when CP Real Estate began its journey as a real estate developer in North Bengal . A dream to build more than just houses – We are Real Estate Developer in North Bengal and wanted to create homes, strong communities, and leave a lasting positive impact on North Bengal.

We started with a focus on quality, trust, and finding innovative ways to do things. As proud members of CREDAI – North Bengal, we promised to build things responsibly while taking care of the environment.

Over time, CP Real Estate: We started building– not just houses, but also places to work, shops, hospitals, and even hotels. Our aim was to make a real difference in the region.
